It’s not very long I started doing pranayam and felt a great change or a tremendous change in my physical and mental state of mind. A morning walk combined with pranayam changes the whole mood of the morning.
Pranayam is controlling and regulating the breath via several pranayam exercises. It was the first time I realized that breathing can make a lot of difference.
